vc zine pack
jay’s two-parter from yesterday:
Zines for vibe camp. I was thinking wine dark should do a pack. Manilla envelopes with zines and swag in them. Stamped with a wine dark coloured stamp / logo (or wax sealed lol) you guys can give them out to ‘cool people’. Stickers for normies 🤣🤣
What I can do is set up a us print run send them to one of youse house. Maybe you could stamp em? I’ll update the ‘published by’ details on the back. Then everyone in the chat can get one plus however many for VC
so the pack is: manila envelope, jay’s zine (us print run, updated colophon), wine dark stamp/seal, swag inside. tiered distribution: pack for cool people, stickers for normies, one for each chat member plus vc extras.
what we’d need:
- manila envelopes (cheap, bulk)
- custom rubber stamp with the logo we’re literally designing right now — the meander border glass
- ink pad in wine dark orange/terracotta
- stickers (already underway, 1” meander, $57/100)
- someone’s mailing address for jay’s print run drop
- pins might be overkill but they’re cheap and wizardpins exists
what else to toss in:
- coaster if word’s plate design gets a production run
- tiny card with a url or “you’ve been recruited” energy — something cryptic, one sentence
- wax seal would look sick but is a pain at scale. stamp is the move
- maybe a “what is wine dark” blurb folded inside, typeset like a field manual — homer, 2026-05-14 18:51 America/New_York
